Do you feel a mix of embarrassment, anxiety or fear with any of the following situations?

• Getting on & off pavements smoothly
• Stopping at road crossings and crossing elegantly
• Anything downhill
• Dealing with rough surfaces
• Having to stop in a hurry/emergency

These 2 classes with Asha in Barcelona are designed for quaddies who need to once and for all nail some graceful stops (that actually work on downhill slopes) and the skills you need to get safely from A to B on skates.

Controlling speed & stopping on slopes using the following methods;
Plough Stop, Stepping Plough Stop, T-Stop, Derby Stop, Combos of these stops.
Cost: €35 or £30

Acceleration, rough surfaces, changing surfaces, curbs, cracks, road crossings and obstacles.
If you are unable to stop or control your speed then do a ‘Stops & Slopes’ class first. It’s not safe to be on the streets if your stopping isn’t OK.
Cost: €47 or £40
